1) RUNNING: 
There are many benefits of running. This is an exercise that  burns such a high amount of calories and brings you such great results. it helps improve your heart health, reduce the risk of depression and stress. if you don't like running try jogging.


2) SQUATS:
Squats are one of the most effective exercises to transform your body as well as to improve physical health. To boost your calorie expenditure and raise your heart rate, you can try do jump squats. The squat is an ultra effective exercise in toning you glutes,  strengthening & burning mega calories.


3) SWIMMING:
This is a great workout that will bring you amazing results, especially if you are a good swimmer and consistent . A swimming workout can transform your body and strengthen your core. Swimming helps reduce blood pressures and calms nerves. It is also the best exercise for pregnant women So what are you waiting for? head to the pool for a dip!


4) PUSH-UPS
Push-ups make the list of exercise to transform your body because  they really work. There are so many different push-ups you can do that work the different muscles in your arms and shoulders. By varying push-ups styles you will also decrease the risk of becoming bored. not only do push up wok the upper body, but also work the core. Push-ups helps improve your posture. try push-ups several days a week to help sculpt your arms and transform your body.

Many of us can't remember when last we skipped, Perhaps in our childhood. Jumping rope burns the most calories per minute than any other exercise. Jumping rope is inexpensive and easily portable workout that you can do anywhere, you don't need to look for a gym nearby.


6) LUNGES:
Lunges are super effective exercise in toning the muscles in your legs. To increase the intensity and add cardio, try doing some jump lunges.


7) CYCLING: 
To increase the intensity and Cycling is a great work because you can push yourself at high intensity. You can cycle solo or go along with friends. make sure you push yourself so you can make the most of your workout. It encourages your heart to work more efficiently and aid in weight loss. So if you want to work your legs and get a great sweat, try cycling.
