Things You Should Never Consider Doing On A First Date!

Dating is a necessary process in finding a mate. Your first date is also your only time to make a great first impression. And you only get ONE first impression, so you want that first date count.

Here are  guild lines that will help you pass the first and critical stage of the dating process. it all begins with a Date.

  1. Show Up Late:  If you showed up late to a job interview, your potential employer would think you didn't care about the job. Same thing applies to a date. If you saunter in 30 minutes late, you're sending the message that you think your time is more valuable than your date time meaning that you don't respect him. Unless you have an extremely genuine reason for arriving late. You should always account for the time it takes to arrive including potential traffic and parking dilemmas. If you're prone to being late, aim to get there earlier.
  2. Don't Pretend To Be Someone Who You're Not:  If you start a relationship by playing the "me too" game  you will find yourself playing an actor for most of the relationship. Giving someone the wrong first impression is just a recipe for disaster.
  3. Use Your Cell: The reason why dating today is harder than it was years back is because singles not only have to contend with other singles, they also have to compete with distractions. Texting, pinging, talking or watching viral videos on your phone during a date sends the message that you're not really interested in getting to know the person.
  4. Lose Self-Control:  No man will tell you this, one of the number one qualities he's looking for in a woman is self-control. A woman with self control is powerful, mysterious and an asset. A woman who can't control her behavior is a liability. Liabilities end up in the "call for a good time not a long time" category. so keep the drinks and your mouth in check. Think before you speak.
  5. Over Stay Your Welcome:  If you're enjoying the date so much that you both lose track of time, that's great! Save some of that fun for round two. If you have too much of a good thing on the first date, you can take away a little of the mystery that leads to the second date. And if you spend too much time together, you can come across as being too available. like not having a life of your own. So quit while you're ahead to leave him wanting more.
  6. Don't be Inappropriately Dressed For the Occasion: If you have not decided that eating at a fine dining establishment is where you want to have your first date, well ladies a casual coffee or table meeting is not an opportunity to sport your 5 inch stilettos and dinner dress you were saving for your next night out!
